Dr. Hazem Al-Andary was born in Saudi Arabia. He attended the American University of Beirut and received his MD degree in June, 1993. He completed his Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, John Hopkins System, Baltimore, MD in 1996. Dr. Al-Andary came to St. Petersburg in 1997 to begin work at Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc.
He later moved his practice to Tampa and in 2004 returned home to his family and practiced medicine in Lebanon. He again became affiliated with Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in August, 2010 when he returned to the United States. His practice includes seeing patients in office, hospital and nursing home facilities. He is credentialed at Bayfront Medical Center, Edward White, Largo Medical Center, Northside, Palms of Pasadena, St. Petersburg General and St. Anthony's Hospitals.
